Here in Malaysia, any time of the year is perfect for a short getaway. The holidays are all about taking some time off the regular routine and creating fun new memories. Ikea has launched their new Sommar Collection immediately get people in their holiday mood with its playful, tropical and graphic aesthetic.
The Sommar Collection this year is created in collaboration with designers such as Lotta Kuhlhorn, Malin Unnbirn and the design collective, Textilegruppen & Papperian. Textilegruppen is an initiative for people with disabilities that have a strong passion for art. They consist of 26 artists that work mainly in paper and textile designs as well as sculptures.
