Designed to put on full display all that the development has to offer, this show unit delivers a captivating mixture of modern and vintage elements that truly encapsulates an escape from city life.
A private haven located in the heart of the city, The Mews promises residents only the best in convenience, functionality, security, hospitality and exclusivity all in one refined package. The developers sought to highlight all of the serviced condominium’s many appealing qualities as well as the meticulous craftsmanship evident in every unit. Given this request, Farina Bakti chose to express the simple and refined living experience residents would be able to enjoy with a contemporary classic concept that highlighted the show unit’s lavish ambience.
In order to emphasise the development’s guarantee of being a soothing retreat from the bustling city, a luxurious palette of neutrals was applied throughout the entire show unit. This calming colour scheme, coupled with the seamless flow of space from one area of the residence to the next, creates an atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a long day at work. Further emphasising this welcoming feeling is the rich herringbone wood flooring that covers the floor of the entire unit and the custom-made rugs that decorate certain areas and rooms.
Featuring all of these elements in one cosy space is none other than the living area which has been fitted with a quirky ensemble of light-coloured living room furniture and a white marble-topped coffee table. In contrast, the dining area has been equipped with a dining set comprised of brown upholstered chairs and a solid black oval dining table. The dry kitchen off to the side offers a similarly striking image with its grey cabinets and solid black kitchen island. Providing illumination during night time and a touch of class overall are custom-made chandeliers which are unique to each area.
A sharp contrast to the main social space, the more private rooms of the show unit boast décors that showcase more pronounced personalities in order to set them apart from one another. Each room is decked out in a combination of wainscoting and its own unique custom-printed wallpaper from the bedrooms to the study. In the case of the master bedroom, a gold-framed section of grey flora-patterned textured wallpaper adds both colour and character from its resting place above the purple upholstered headboard. Meanwhile, the other bedroom honours nature with its beautiful wallpaper which features a monochrome brush painting of a cherry blossom tree. Last but not least, the study boldly marches to the beat of its own drum with its dark blue patterned wallpaper which gives the room an appropriate den-like feel.
