One needs light in order to fend off darkness. With this 2,600 square feet, double-storey terrace in Glenmarie Residence, Arttcent Studio has chosen two major showstopper pieces that shed light onto the interior spaces with modern contemporary highlights to elevate the warm abode.
The lighting fixture hanging above the dining table inspired by black geometric prisms angled openings and the grey cement-finished wall in the living room are signified as a modern interpretation of art deco inspired designs, enhanced with small square lights arranged to form a diamond shaped pattern.
The house is further distinguished with clean, crisp, contemporary lines. The study upstairs stuck with the wooden theme, accented through its dual-toned furnishing such as the L-shaped desk and matching cupboards.
The master bedroom is yet another simple ensemble of neutrals and warm woodsy themes, featuring a mainly darker colour palette and a simplistic layout, contrasted by three vibrant wall paintings.
Furthermore, the bedroom is furnished with a little relaxing nook, a white lounge chair and matching leg rest along with three wide-panelled windows, offering ample natural light, as well as producing a cosy corner for the residents to relax in.
This house is the ideal embodiment of comfort and class, without compromising its function or aesthetics.
