In order to capture the attention of urban home buyers, the designer has dressed this show unit up with modern industrial design details that reflect the trendy nature of this property development. Inspired by homes from the West, this modern Cosmopolitan design is made from a mixture of steel, wood, bricks, mirrors and clear glass panels, all of which are materials commonly used in homes today. At the same time, a soothing earthy colour palette is incorporated to provide a sense of comfort and stability.
Like most modern western homes, this condominium features an open space layout that covers the entire length of the hall. Placed next to the full-length windows, the living room is designed to evoke a homely vibe through carefully matched fabric sofa, wall-mounted display shelves and flowy curtains, which help to soften its colder industrial décor such as its track lights, black metal frames and white-coloured brick walls. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area is combined with its dry kitchen in a layout that is commonly favoured for its spaciousness and visual connectivity, which allows owners to interact with guests regardless of where they are.
At the same time, walls on either side of the dining area are redecorated to keep the eyes busy with visually intriguing wall designs that also elevated the entire space with an elegant undertone. On one hand, the wall closer to the dining table is glammed up with a glitzy built-in display cabinet finished with reflective mirror surfaces, while the other wall features a grand floor-to-ceiling wall design constructed from timber strips that are lined-up closely next to one another to produce an illusion of an endless hallway on top of serving as a backdrop for the dining area. Another prominent feature of this project is the design of its ultra-modern master bedroom that comes with a space-saving wardrobe covered with glass partition as the room is further layered with a series of wood finishes to bring out a calming and romantic vibe associated with modern European homes.
