Designer Concept magazine – the organiser of the Designer of the Year Awards (DOTY) 2017 – celebrated victories with award-winning interior design firms. DOTY 2017 were proud to introduce new award category, namely the Asia’s Most Influential Designer Award. The nominations for Asia’s Most Influential Designer Award lied in the hands of the editorial team at Designer Concept, where a handful of individuals were selected due to the impact and contribution they were generating for the design community in Asia. This award also acted as a platform to honor outstanding and iconic designers who were influencing lives through their designs and creations from all over the world, and the three winners were none other than Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu (Neri&Hu Design and Research Office), Paolo Cucchi (PCA Architecture) and Steve Leung (Steve Leung Designers).
