Designer Concept magazine – the organiser of the Designer of the Year Awards (DOTY) 2017 – celebrated victories with award-winning interior design firms. DOTY 2017 received an overwhelming response of 140 entries and after the first round of screening, projects from a total of 65 finalists were selected and handed over to the professional judges for the final judging process. DOTY 2017 proudly presented a new award category – Asia’s Most Prestigious Design Award. Asia’s Most Prestigious Design Award is the highest recognition for any interior design firm that has contributed vastly in terms of quality design and clever use of space, material and technology. With this, DOTY gave a tribute to these outstanding interior design firms that delivered unique designs in line with their client’s philosophy and industry all around the world — ST Concepts, The Roof Studio and Yong Studio Sdn Bhd.
