This category which had the most participating projects out of all of DOTY’s categories honoured the best designed residential spaces from 2016 to 2018. A total of 32 finalists which included condominiums, serviced apartments, semi-detached homes, terrace houses, bungalows, super-link houses and villas were selected and handed over to the professional judges for the final judging process. From there, 10 were selected as winners.
