Malaysia’s achieved its independence 60 years ago. Since then, the country has enjoyed development and growth that are enviable to many other countries in the region and the world. Naturally, the country’s growth went through cycles of rapid and moderate development.
Though not as robust as the 90s, the Malaysian built environment has witnessed rapid growth in the last decade. Its socioeconomic stature and technological advances of the nation conceived the need for exemplary and innovative spaces for us to live, work and thrive.
