Brave the this winter season with the ice queen’s mysterious frenzy yet captivating beauty of her frosted garden all night long.
Frosty, white and blue; the place depicts an ice cave like igloos meant for Eskimos in the North pole. Named Crystal Garden, this newly launched ice bar spread its winter wonderland in the most wonderful time of the year amidst the ever-tropical northwest city of Ipoh. Caved in one of the shop lots area, the interior seasoned the cold scene with dark painted ceilings fancying a night safari wonder in the woods.
Seemingly donned for the likes of the ice queen, the enchanted garden tavern coolly greeted their guests from the habitual glass door. Inside, all eyes couldn’t stop wandering around the double volume space. Brushing against the queen’s iced magic, heads turned directly to the rather small-scaled yet avant-garde stage fashioned in mixed geometric triangle cut-outs. Stunningly sheening, the backdrop is made out in amalgam of materials, outlined in blue neon lighting strips.
Echoing throughout the space, the live music flows in upbeat tunes; smitten spectators from iced bar, the frozen tables made of crystal ice-blocks, singular chairs as well as the integrated, chilly couches furnished with furred throws and pillows for a large party. Other than enticing patrons, the melodious voice even favourably drawn dashing creature – reindeers out of their hiding place, now resting under the leafless tree.
As the moon is up high in the sky, the ice bar boomed even louder from the sculpted ledge above the stage, making way for jazzing DJs to do their thing while howling wolves sing, joining the night party. Feeling adventurous, ardent “climbers” are even welcomed to mount up the stairs to get a euphoric sense from the top level, leaning over the platform. Calling all night owls out there, the crystal garden is primed to swinging its door of wonderment into the unknown algor.
